Island Winds - New Meadow Wind Chime

Using a 1/2 inch diameter solid aluminum bar, ranging from 4 inches to 5 inches in length, we found good resonance using four bells. The notes produced are quite high.

Resonance Quality

• Steel alloy tubing generally offers better resonance (longer duration of sound vibration) compared to aluminum tubing.
• However, this particular alloy bar surprised us with its resonance quality.
